Resipo is a product of Rekreate Digital. It helps Philippine stores log e-wallet payments by reading payment-confirmation screenshots into the store's own Google Sheet.
We keep only the minimum needed to run the app: an anonymous account identifier, your store name, any team members you add and their roles, and your Google connection (a refresh token and the ID of the Sheet you connect). These are kept on our backend and locked down so only Resipo's own server processes can read them — never the app, and never other users — and are never sold.
We do not keep your customers' payment data or their receipt screenshots. Extracted details are written only to your Google Sheet, and screenshots are uploaded only to your Google Drive. Resipo keeps no copy of either.
When you add a screenshot, the image is sent to a third-party AI service (currently Xiaomi MiMo, with Anthropic Claude as a fallback) to read the amount, date, reference number and e-wallet. Resipo keeps no copy of the image — it is held only briefly in memory to get the result and is never written to our backend. These services may process the image outside the Philippines under their own privacy terms.
We use Google sign-in with the limited “drive.file” scope, which lets Resipo access only the files it creates for you — it cannot see the rest of your Drive. We use it to create and update your sheet and to upload receipts to your Drive. You can disconnect any time in Settings.
Your records live in your own Google account. Disconnecting in Settings deletes the stored Google token from our backend. You can delete your Resipo account and our copy of your connection any time in Settings → Delete my data (your own Google Sheet and Drive files stay in your Google account), or request deletion via rekreatedigital.com.
