Resipo is a product of Rekreate Digital. It helps Philippine stores log e-wallet payments by reading payment-confirmation screenshots into the store's own Google Sheet.
We keep only the minimum needed to run the app: an anonymous account identifier, your store name, any team members you add and their roles, and your Google connection (a refresh token, the ID of the Sheet you connect, and the email of that Google account, which we use to make securing your account easier). These are kept on our backend and locked down so only Resipo's own server processes can read them — never other users — and are never sold. If you upload a store logo, we store it in a public location (anyone with the link can view it), since it's your store's own branding rather than customer data.
We do not keep your customers' payment data or their receipt screenshots. Extracted details are written only to your Google Sheet, and screenshots are uploaded only to your Google Drive. Resipo keeps no copy of either. Each screenshot in your Drive is set to “anyone with the link can view” so you can open it from the app — the link lives only in your own private sheet.
By default your account is anonymous — you can use Resipo with no sign-up. If you choose to secure your account (Settings → Secure your account), you add an email or a Google sign-in so you can get your records back on a new phone. We store that email or Google identity only to keep your account and let you sign in. Providing it is optional, and you can remove it any time. If you tick the box to get Resipo tips, we email you occasional updates; you can unsubscribe any time. We never sell your data.
When you add a screenshot, the image is sent to a third-party AI service (via OpenRouter — currently Anthropic's Claude, with an OpenAI model as a fallback) to read the amount, date, reference number and e-wallet. Resipo keeps no copy of the image — it is held only briefly in memory to get the result and is never written to our backend. These services may process the image outside the Philippines under their own privacy terms.
We use Google in two separate ways. To save your records, Resipo uses the limited “drive.file” scope, which lets it access only the files it creates for you — it cannot see the rest of your Drive; connecting also reads your Google account's email address so we can pre-fill it when you secure your account. Separately, if you choose Google to secure your account, we use a basic sign-in (your name and email) only to identify you for recovery. You can disconnect the sheet, or remove the Google sign-in, any time in Settings.
Your records live in your own Google account. Disconnecting in Settings deletes the stored Google token from our backend. You can delete your Resipo account and our copy of your connection — including any email or Google sign-in you added — any time in Settings → Delete my data (your own Google Sheet and Drive files stay in your Google account), or request deletion via rekreatedigital.com.
