Delete it yourself, in the app

The fastest way is right inside Resipo:

  1. Open Resipo on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings → Delete my data.
  3. Confirm. Your Resipo account and our copy of your Google connection are permanently removed.

What gets deleted

Everything Resipo stores on its own servers: your anonymous account ID, your store name, any team members you added and their roles, your saved Google connection (the access token and the ID of the Sheet you connected), and — if you secured your account — the email or Google sign-in you added. This is deleted right away and is not recoverable.

What stays with you

Your own Google Sheet and the receipt images in your Google Drive stay in your Google account — they belong to you, and deleting your Resipo account does not touch them. You can delete those yourself from Google Drive any time.

Want us to delete it for you?

If you can't open the app, contact us at rekreatedigital.com and ask us to delete your data. We'll confirm your account and complete the deletion within 30 days.
